Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a disappointing view and had several maintenance issues, but the hotel's location and beautiful surroundings were exceptional. The service was friendly but lacked some essential skills. The dining options were decent, but there were some drawbacks. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
I was able to witness a terrific sunrise and amazing sunsets from my room, offering the best of both worlds. However, it was weird that the curtains had stains, there was cake residue on the fridge, cigarette dust on the terrace, and the curtain was missing on our terrace.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was beautiful, offering stunning views of the valley and the tea plantations but was a bit far from the city. The room allocated to us had some issues with the door, lights, and curtains, making it a bit inconvenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate us. The dining options were good with a variety of South Indian and continental dishes, though slightly lacking for the price. Overall, it was a mix of great experiences and minor setbacks.
